The Booking ProcessDucklingsFor children joining our Ducklings classes for Babies, Toddlers or Pre-School children, the first step is to contact us to discuss your child's likely level and availability of suitable spaces. Once a preliminary time has been agreed for your lessons, we will send you an enrolment pack including registration form, wetsuit form, swimmer's checklist and payment details. We ask for payment to be made and your registration form and wetsuit form to be returned within 7 days in order to guarantee your place. Payments are requested in half termly installments. Otters & SharksTo make a booking for any Otters lessons or courses with us you should begin by contacting us to discuss your child's likely level. This will help us to assess whether a swimmer should begin with an intensive holiday course, or alternatively whether a simple assessment session is more suitable. This will be dependent upon your child's swimming experience, age and the availability of upcoming courses. If you are completing an intensive course then this will be provisionally booked, we then ask for your payment to be made within 7 days to secure your booking. If payment has not been received after this time, we reserve the right to offer the place to another swimmer. If you are completing a free assessment session, this will be booked. Once your initial sessions have been completed we will contact you to make your provisionally booking for regular lessons based on the level which is most appropriate for your child's ability and confidence levels. Payments are requested in half termly installments. At your first session you will be asked to complete a registration form including relevant swimming history, medical information and contact details. Each half term, regular swimmers will be given the opportunity to renew their lessons for a further half term before places are offered to new swimmers. If you are an existing swimmer wishing to renew your place using our online payment methods, please use our new shop facility on the website. PricesAdult sessions are priced differently to children's lessons and are detailed in the Adults section of this website. Lessons for children are priced at £8.25 each. This is payable on a half termly basis in advance of lessons beginning. Please note that the length of each term varies depending roughly on local school dates and the day and location of your lessons.
