The Booking Process

1.  Establish your level

For all swimmers joining us the first step is to establish which level you will be joining:-

For most babies who are less than 15months old this will be a Starfish class.

For toddlers and Pre-school children aged 15 months + this will be a Duckling class.

Once children are aged 4 years or over then we request that they attend a free assessment to gauge the correct group for them.  These sessions last approximately 15-20 minutes, are one-to-one with the teacher and are advertised on our home page only when we have spaces available in our classes.

2.  Choose a suitable pool and time

The table below gives a full list of our classes which currently have places available.  Please choose which pool, day and time would be most convenient to you. (Last updated 30.08.10)

3. Make your booking

Please contact us to make your booking.  Although we make every effort to keep our class listings up-to-date, there may have been changes since the last update was completed.

4. Complete a registration form

Complete a registration form with your contact details and your child's background information.

5.  Make your payment

We will hold you place for 2 weeks while you make your payment.

The price and dates of the next batch of lessons will have been confirmed with you when you made your booking with us.

Please be aware that payment will be taken as acceptance of our terms and conditions.

Please also make yourself familiar with our cancellation policy.

You may use any of the folowing payment options:

a.) Online payment

Our NEW ONLINE SHOP allows you to pay for your lessons using a Paypal account, credit or debit card or a bank electronic transfer (BACS).  Simply go to our Shop, register as a new user and follow the instructions.  You no longer need a log-in or password from us to do this.

b.) By Post

Cheques may be posted to us (see Contact Us page for full address details).  Cheques must be made payable to "J. Maycock".Please be aware that cash CANNOT be accepted on poolside for security reasons.

c.) On Poolside

Please be aware that cash cannot be accepted on poolside for security reasons.  Payment can be made on poolside using personal cheques.  Cheques should be made payable to "J. Maycock" and handed to a teacher.

6. Acknowledgement of payment

We will acknowledge receipt of payments whether they are made by cheque, online or by PayPal.  If you have not received this acknowledgement within 7 days of making a payment, please contact us.
