Cancellations Policy

Please be aware that although we will always try to be as flexible as possible, once a lesson time has been booked for a term, we cannot guarantee to change day or time at a later stage.

However, where 2 or more consecutive lessons are missed for a single medical reason, we will offer replacement lessons or if this is not possible, refund the lesson fees in accordance with our terms and conditions.

Payment for lessons will be taken as acceptance of the time and day offered on your booking form under our terms and conditions.

28 Days Notice Period

Our terms and conditons do include an option for parents to give 28 days notice if they wish to cancel lessons after a term's payment has been made.

We realise that family circumstances and commitments often change and this should allow parents some flexibility in these circumstances.
