How do I book lessons for my child?

Step 1. Decide their likely start level based on their age at enrollment

The levels guide below explains how we divide our swimmers into groups. We use their age at enrollment as a starting point, but if the level is obviously not suitable once you start swimming with us then we can change groups during the term.

Swimmers do not have to complete the whole term at any given level if this proves inappropriate.

Pre-School children (aged approx 3 years - 4 years) also have the option to access the Water Confidence and Learn to Swim levels in special groups which are taught by a Pre-School qualified teacher with just 2 swimmers but without parents in the water.  As these Pre-School groups are so small they are priced at a slightly higher rate.

Step 2. Decide which lesson time would be most suitable for you

Having selected the best group to join, please choose a convenient time from our timetable for that level.

If your taster is successful then this will be the group you will join, so it is important to complete your taster with your intended group so you get the most accurate picture of what your lessons will be like.

Step 3. Book your free taster

When you have decided which class you would like to join, please contact us to provisionally book your place.

We are only able to hold tasters in the first 2 weeks of each term to minimise disruption in later weeks.

The easiest way to make this booking is by email or text outlining your child's name & date of birth, a contact number for yourself (preferably a mobile number) and the lesson that you would like to join.

Step 4. Secure your place

Once you have confirmed which class your child would like to join and have attended your free taster the easiest way to buy your lessons is to go to our Online Shop and confirm your booking by making a payment for the remaining lessons in the term.

The easiest way to make payment is using credit or debit cards (which are handled by PayPal to ensure your security).  We do also accept cheques, and will provide information of where to send them if required.
